Welcome to the Education Assistance Program Renewal Application for the 2024-2025 School Year

*This application is for RENEWING students who have previously been awarded funds from our program. 

*We have transitioned to a new system, and the previous database will no longer be in use. You will need to set up an account in our new system and verify your email address prior to submitting an application.


Renewal Eligibility

To maintain eligibility for the Education Assistance Program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have a college GPA of 2.0 or higher AND be in good academic standing as per your university standards
  • Be a previous participant of the Education Assistance Program AND maintain program eligibility criteria
  • Complete the renewal application by March 1

*All loans, scholarships, and grants are for students seeking their first undergraduate degree and are awarded for no more than five school years. No loans, scholarships, or grants are available for graduate-level studies.


Program Timeline

Below is the timeline used for the renewal process. Please pay attention to your email and MOAA communication channels for updates.

January 1 - March 1: Applications open

Early Summer: Renewing students are notified of their award amount.

August: Disbursements are sent out
